Ingredients
1 Large, ripe avocado
3 Cup sour cream or yogurt
1/2 Small clove of garlic
Juice og 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cup coriander, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Blend until is very smooth.
3. Adjust lemon as required.
4. Enjoy with Kiwa High Protein Tortilla Chips.
